successful and a fun filled occasion. This is the Carnival Cruises. out of cape Canaveral.
We will be meeting in Orlando and be shuttled out to Cape.Once I got the information,
I will mail copies to you, Vic and Rene and start putting it all together...the date, how many days, discount rates, etc. That's is that for now. Oh the website is looking good, look like
you are keeping busy. Can you , by any chance, create a copy to(cc), group e mail

Dear Sir
For years I have been trying to get in touch with the FEU Med Tech alumni who interned at the
U.S. Naval Hospital in Subic Bay during the years 1971 to 1973. I was one of their preceptors
during that time and would like nothing more than to have a reunion with any ( and of course
preferably with all) of this amazing group of med techs. Unfortunately I can only remember one name-Elizabeth de Leon from Isabela. I was hoping you might be able to help me find out who to contact
to find out about their whereabouts. I am currently living in Virginia but goes home to the Phil.
quite often. I am most appreciative of your assistance.
Sincerely

Hi Everyone:
I hope you got back safely from our short, but very memorable mini-reunion in Las Vegas. Beth and I had a
great time and seeing everyone there and reminiscing our old college days. I guess everyone aged everyone
still look good.
Okay, this is what I got so far for our next get together. The planned is a 3 days Bahamas Cruise from Port
Canaveral. At this point, we need dates for Sept, or better off for October ( away from the hurricane season).
To schedule this cruise, we need a day to check in ...on a wednesday ( flying/driving into Orlando...
this is for registration, a reception/social evening( hotel to be determined) . Checkout for Port Canaveral on a
Thursday by bus. The cruise departs at 4.30 p.m. Will be in Nassau, Bahamas on Friday, a " Fun day" at  sea on Saturday,  and then back to Port Canaveral on Sunday a 7 am. As we determined the dates and the rates, we can make an early announcement of our "Cruise Reunion" event next year, So it gives
everybody plenty of time to plan their vacation for 2006.
The rates for 2006 will be out on January. To give you an idea, the 2005 is from $ 299-379 (Inter-Ocean View
Cabin ) . for a 3rd and 4th guest is from $199. We might be able to get lower discount, if we could get more
people to attend.
So, check your calendar and let me know as soon as possible of possible dates.
You all take care.
Rolly

Hi Everybody:
First and foremost, I would like to wish everyone and your families a wonderful and Happy Holiday Season.
Here's hoping also that the New Year brings you all health, happiness and prosperity( in that order).
Just an update from my previous e-mail. I got a pretty good response from some of our classmates,
including from those who weren't able to attend the LV reunion. of their preferences of the date of our next
get together in 2006. Our cruise director will put this all together and we'll make that announcement next
month. Until then, my best regards to all.
Thank you too for your holiday wishes.

Happy New Year to you all
We hope everybody had a wonderful holidays. We wish you all health, happiness and a prosperous 2006.
Guess what, reunion time...now  would be the best time to keep this reunion rolling. As planned and still on, unless last minute ideas or change, we are still on our cruise reunion. So far, this is what I got and see what everybody think about it. The cruise company I have contacted is the carnaval Cruises(Fantasy) It operates out of Port Canaveral. This is approximately 1.5 hrs from Orlando.the date we have selected is Oct 19-22(Thurs-Sun), this is 3 nights Bahamas cruise in the Caribbean. this month is just over the hurricane season.just to play it safe ( no guarantee though) and the sea should be little bit calmer by then. The plan is maybe, meet in Orlando on October 18, wednesday and leave all together for the cruise the following day.The hotel is still to be determined, somewhere nearby the airport and Orlando.beside flying to Orlando is alot cheaper and convenient to get around and centrally located for those who wants to come early or stay longer for Disney..So far we were quoted $332.83/person double occupancy. This is for the cabin and ALL the food, and all shows as well. However, depends on how big our group would be, we might be able to get a discount towards the room. So, I need your input before the end of this month, so we could create a nice flyer, that we could send through e-mail. to all our classmates and their guests.
Also there will be a deadline for a deposite to guarantee this rates. I will let you know when.
We hope this information at his point, helps the reunion rolling, waiting for your responses.
God bless.

Rolly and Beth

Hi Everyone
Great cruise!!, Great group!!, Great memories!! What a great fun that everyone had. You know,
it's better every time. We are already looking forward to our next reunion, which wiil be in  San
Diego in 2009. We will be celebrating our 40th class Reunion. Our former classmates both from
San Diego and Los Angeles areas will be hosting this event. We will be sending out more informations in the future as the plan progresses. Please keep on checking our website as well.
I would like to thank everyone who took the time in joining us in our Caribbean Cruise. That was
really great and fun!!.
A lot of pleasant memories heading to our special memories(treasure) chest. Even though,it was
a smaller group than Las Vegas, it was well represented, all coming from the 4 corners of the
United States and Canada. It was nice to get to know everyone as well, not only as great
kababayan, but a deep feeling of being part of a larger family( the class of 69)
And now, to our other classmates, who had  or have not attended our reunion yet, the next one
will be 3 years from now.Everybody might think that this is still a long way off, but don't forget that time flies and it will be here before you know it. So I'm priming you all to include this idea into
your plan for the future.. God willing, of course !
Please forward this note to our other classmates who are not in our e-mail list yet. Please get in touch and encourage them to attend the next reunion.
By the way, a bit of sad news, we just lost a beloved classmate Floro Magpantay. He passed away
last September in L.A. Our prayers to his family.
Take care and signing off till next time

Hi:
We had our mini-reunion here in LA, 6 of us present, and we discuss about our reunion,
all of us agree to ask you if we can make it sooner, like 2008, also, we would rather have
it in the Philippines, that way many especially those who are still home can participate.
We have some very practical reason why 2008 maybe better.
1. We are getting older, who knows if many of us can still travel by 2009, we know it
kind of nice to say " 40th" but it might be too late ( hope not) for some if not all
2. Our country can use some of the money will be bringing in
3. Our chance to visit relatives and friends, when we've been putting it off.
4. Our chance to see the other part of our country
5.  and many more
So how about it ? We 'll be waiting for your response.

Thanks
Brenda ( Pilar Alba-Cilindro, Lily San Diego-Lampa, Rizal & Fe Barberan, Jovita )

Hopefully, you still remember me as I do since we used to be in the same group in class
because the first letter of our surnames so mandated. I have been out of our native country
for almost 30 years and never been back. I believe I am now personally attached to my
adapted country, Australia., though Philippines has always a niche in my heart. Professionally,
the path changed course completely when I came to Australia, though I have been practising
Medical Technology for nine years in our country and abroad, I would say in my own parameter
I am happy and successful in my current chosen profession., managing a government institution.

It is an irony that it is my son who is working in London discovered this website. I was caught with
nostalgia when perusing familiar names in the list. Happy to read and kudos to those who are
successful in their graduated profession or otherwise like me but so sad to learn and God Bless
to these left this world.

We came to Canada twice already. The last was a tour of most of the provinces and I love
Quebec. The rest is quite similar to Australia hence less appreciative.
I do appreciate you doing this magnificent task of grouping again those alumni of 1969.
Good luck to you and hopefully you share me more of some news.

Thankfully,

Thank you all for the kind words of comfort. I went to see my doctor last Monday and was advised to get a CT scan to make sure. My dizziness is quite frequent, accompanied by headache, but other than that, my vitals are ok. Concussion takes a while to heal, apparently, and there is no medicine to take to alleviate the symptoms, so I'll just live with it. Anyway, all the new addresses were added, so the roster was updated. The only one I did not get emaill addy is Lina Landingin. I was just checking the pictures uploaded, I guess you guys have to have your own sign in/password with the yahoogroup to get in the site and view the pics. If anyone has trouble getting in, let me know, so I can do an alternate ( via facebook or emails-(limited size files).  Ray, can you forward me the addresses of our classmates that you know about, so I can add them to the roster. By the way, my older brother's balae was also our classmate, Orlando Calasan (midyear 69), good friend of Ernesto Balancio and Joseph Carpio, and he is only about 5 houses from me in our subdivision, what a small world. I checked our gradball list, and sure enough, he was listed there. So I found another classmate.
TO ALL OUR CLASSMATES WHO MISSED THIS LATEST REUNION: BE PREPARED FOR 2012, IT IS GOING TO BE IN THE PHILIPPINES. THE LOGISTICS ARE BEING WORKED OUT NOW AND HOPEFULLY, PREPARATION WILL GET UNDERWAY. Something to think about. Ideas will be welcomed, send in your suggestions so we can plan this reunion better.
Again, thank you for your concerns. Never been with such a great bunch of friends.

Hi Narcing,
Nice to hear from you. We've been back home about a week ago now and just got our internet service reconnected yesterday...so I'm just now responding to our e-mails and friends. The 2 month vacation trip to the Far East was great...a lot of travelling that includes HK, Japan, and The Philippines. We did some island hopping and had a great time especially in the islands of Palawan...so clean and unspoiled (yet), visit it next time.
Beth and I had a wonderful time at the reunion in San Diego, you guys were missed,...lots of fun and "camaraderie"... the picnic, the dinner, and the get-together at the Milos' made it another memorable event. Our classmates from San Diego/LA had done a great job putting it together after the cruise was cancelled.
By the way, the selection of new officers didn't comeup. It wasn't on the agenda  It was suggested though that the next reunion will be in the Phillippines...para raw maka attend din yun mga classmates natin sa Pilipinas. Ching and Ray will coordinate this task in the Philippines...get in touch with the locals, locations, dates, etc. If we will be able to get good responses from the folks out there, then we will pursue this. Can we circulate this now in our website and get some feedback from our classmates here/abroad?
Okay, till next time. Once, I got some of my photos downloaded, I will send them to you. Take care and regards .
Rolly

Dear Ver and all,

Adey and I appreciate the thank you card and restaurant gift certificate you sent as a "token of gratitude" for hosting our class reunion in our house. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Although it is better to give than to receive; this time what can we do, if we are the receiving end of your generosity and appreciation, but to humbly accept it and be grateful to all of you. It was our joy of hosting the reunion and we enjoyed all of you, and to receive the card and gift certificate from all of you really is like receiving a pat on our back that we did a good job. We hope that is the case.

We are blessed with your physical presence in our home and leaving behind a very happy host, because no matter how much time and resources we put in the preparation, what matter most is your participation and helping us make it a very enjoyable class reunion and a memorable event. If we have to do it again, our home is always open for the next reunion, God willing we are still up and around kicking. Love you all.

Aurora & Adey

P.S. When Adey is done with his project copying the DVD sent by Mike Rauen (Cora Nacu's husband), and incorporating his own video we will send a copy to everyone who attended and those could not make to the reunion but would want a copy, so we all can relive the memories with the sights and sounds.

Dear Adey and Auring,
Bless your hearts for your generosity, and being warm hosts, actually, Adey kinda sense something when we were doing the collection, and he was adamant about not being compensated, so Rolly and I had an emergency powwow on what to do with the money we collected, and with Ver, we decided on gift certificates to be mailed with our Thank You cards. You see, we cannot just let this pass without acknowledging your kindness and generosity, so, please, we hope this little token of appreciation will be graciously accepted.....from your MT69 group of friends.
P.S.  Thank you in advance for the DVD copy. BTW, got my CT scan last Tuesday, haven't heard from my GP, so I assume, I am still intact with all my faculties....darn, still won't get that Handicap Sticker ( joke only ).

FEU Alumni BC Chapter Ad Solicitation

Hi Rolly,
tried to get hold of you on your cel, but can't get you, so I just left you a message. What I need to know, if you are interested in getting a full page ad for our 1969 group for the souvenir program of the FEU Alumni reunion which is being held here in Vancouver Jul 31 to Aug 2, 2010. The program is a fold up format of the legal size and we are just trying to raise a little bit of funds for this alumni group based here in Vancouver. If you have seen the email for this reunion, it is the group put together by Bert Gomez, MT 67 and it is non specific for the graduating year. I am just helping them out to organize this, and they are asking if we can sponsor a page, with our MT'69 group, with our picture from the last reunion on the same page, with our own message. Let me know if this is ok, I'll pay for it and our group fund can just reimburse me. The whole page is $50. Please let me know as soon as possible.
Narcing, Lily Beltran is asking for your help thru your web to solicit ads for the program. She said, you helped her out during the last Las Vegas reunion.

Thanks,

Vic
